It is ideally situated between, and within walking distance, of the villages of Windermere and Bowness-on-Windermere, where you can find many shops, restaurants and of course the lake itself. The house itself enjoys a relaxing private garden to the front, woodland to the rear and spacious off-road parking. Guests of the Hawksmoor are also entitled to complimentary use of the Spa and Leisure club at the McDonald Old England Hotel in Bowness.The facilities include a 20m Swimming pool , Techno Gym , Ice room , Thermal suite and Rock Sauna. Approaching Windermere on the A591 from the M6,turn left onto the A592 and down through the village of Windermere, following the signs for Bowness.Half a mile after the Zebra crossing you will see a large block of woodland on the right. We are the second property on the right as the woodland appears to finish.Opposite the Catholic Church.
